Tyres Structure
Tread, shoulder, sidewall, bead, carcass, belt, inner liner, and other components are structurally connected to complete the scientific structure of a tyre.

TREAD
The tread is composed of a thick rubber layer that comes into direct contact with the road surface. It offers excellent resistance to cuts and impacts, helping to protect the carcass and belt package inside the tyre. A compound with strong wear resistance is used to extend the tyre’s service life.
SHOULDER:The shoulder of the tyre
located between the tread and sidewall, the shoulder features the thickest rubber layer in the tyre, helping to dissipate heat generated during operation.
SIDEWALL:The side (lateral part) of the tyre
Located between the shoulder and bead, the sidewall protects the carcass and contributes to ride comfort through its flexibility. It also displays essential information, including tyre specifications, standards, construction, tread pattern, manufacturer and brand name.
BELT: Reinforcement layer between tread and carcass
The belt, used in radial tyres, is a high-strength reinforcement layer located between the tread and carcass. In addition to impact resistance, it stabilises the tread and enhances overall structural strength.
CARCASS: The framework of the tyre
The carcass is the tyre’s main structural component, composed of layers of tyre cords that absorb internal pressure, load and impacts.
INNER LINER
The inner liner replaces the inner tube and is located inside the tyre. It consists of a rubber layer with excellent airtightness, ensuring reliable air retention. It is typically made from butyl rubber or other synthetic rubber compounds such as polyisoprene.
BEAD: Secures the tyre to the rim
The bead anchors the carcass cords and ensures a secure fit between the tyre and rim. It consists of bead wire, core, rubber and flipper components. Designed for a tight fit on the rim, it helps prevent the tyre from detaching in the event of sudden air pressure loss.
